Posted on: 09/14/2015
Progressive Radiology is pleased to announce the opening of its newest freestanding, outpatient medical diagnostic imaging center located in the Hagerstown Trilogy II Building, 1185 Imperial Drive, Suite 100 Hagerstown, MD 21740. This will be known as the ‘East’ location.
This modern new facility was designed by Progressive Radiology’s own radiologists to provide the most comfortable, relaxed patient experience along with the most-advanced radiology technology.
As a preferred provider of radiology services in the Hagerstown community for nearly 20 years, this new location with its state-of-the-art imaging equipment will assure its patients of continued "Exceptional Service * Every Time " diagnostic services for many years to come.
This modern new location will include the single largest high-field OPEN MRI to accommodate even the most claustrophobic and large patients. Additionally, MRI services will include the most advanced 3T Wide-Bore MRI with the highest magnet strength available for MRI imaging. Its wide bore allows for a comfortable experience while also providing exceptional image quality. Both MRIs allow shorter scan times thus improving the overall patient experience.
In addition to offering the most advanced MRIs available, this new location will also offer services including CT studies, Ultrasound and X-ray. All of these will be reviewed by Progressive Radiology’s sub-specialty radiologists and therefore assuring patients and specialists of the most accurate diagnostic report.
Progressive Radiology will remain open at its current location at 17 Western Maryland Parkway, suite 101, Hagerstown, MD 21740 (the ‘West’ location) where services will continue to include high-field MRI and X-ray. This location is very convenient to patients traveling from points south such as Martinsburg and Winchester; or points west such as Hancock, Cumberland and Berkeley Springs.
Both locations are accredited to the strictest standards by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
While offering the most advanced imaging modalities, both locations also offer:
• Same or next-day scheduling for many of its studies
• Easy ground-floor access and free front-door parking
